Chesapeake Blue Star Mothers of Maryland (MD3) Baltimore Orioles Event

Thanks to a wonderful donation from RBR Technologies in Odenton, MD., the Chesapeake Blue Star Mothers of Maryland (MD3) enjoyed the Baltimore Orioles game on Sunday July 13. Despite a rain delay, the weather ended up beautiful, but hot.  Unfortunately, the O’s didn’t fare as well.   Christiana Levesque, President of MD3, graciously invited some veterans of VFW Post 7472 and American Legion Post 156 to join them in the suite made available by RBR Technologies.  Bill Milner, Jeff Kelley, Dave Horn, Tim Ruland, Dave Catania of Post 7472 and Marcella Ruland of Post 156 attended the game.

Again, thank you to Christiana and the Chesapeake Blue Star Mothers of MD (MD3) and RBR-Technologies for inviting us to join you at the game.

Cub Scout Training Activity

Comrades Geoff Frost and Dave Catania taught the members of Cub Scout Pack 874 the history and symbolism of the American Flag on Monday, October 27, 2025. The 13 scouts practiced respectfully folding the flag. There was lots of energy and enthusiasm by this group of young Americans.

ALS Recognition Event

The ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) recognition event celebrated the local volunteers who help those who suffer from the effects of Lou Gehrig’s disease. Hundreds of volunteers attended the party, which included a corn hole competition in both the front and back yards. Indoor celebrants filled the main hall of the Post headquarters.
