2025 Day of Service

Serving veterans, their families and the community is the goal of Post 7472.  On May 10, 2025, 26 members of the Post, the Auxiliary and some children joined forces at Sunrise Senior Living to help them out with some needed projects, spend time with the residents and cook some food. During the day, we power-washed a number of chairs and benches, painted some more, painted the curb in the driveway, hung some new birdhouses donated by the Post Commander, cleaned up the front porches, and enjoyed time with the residents as a few of the Auxiliary members called some Bingo games. Members had some of their children there as well, to help and to let them experience the feeling of helping others.   #StillServing is something that is key to the mission of Post 7472 and the Auxiliary and their families.
